Relax and stretch with yoga exercises.  This class will emphasize easy stretching exercises, relaxation and gentle postures, all adapted to the needs of each participant.  Parents are encouraged to participate with

their child.

Location: Hoffman Estates Community Center

Day: Mondays

Time:            5:00-5:30 p.m.

Note:           Please bring an exercise/yoga mat.
