Special Leisure Services Foundation | SLSF

Presenting a donation The Special Leisure Services Foundation provides a number of fundraising events throughout the year to help raise funds for the Northwest Special Recreation Association (NWSRA) and the Northwest Suburban Special Olympics. We need your help to raise the $510,000 annual commitment for the foundation to benefit the NWSRA and Special Olympics participants. If you would like to become a member today, please call the NWSRA office to receive a form.

As a donor member, you will be able to help in a number of ways, by providing funds for:

Special Olympics Illinois Area 18
Inclusion in Park District Programs
Accessible Transportation for NWSRA Events
Scholarships for Day Camps and Weekly Programs
Adapted Equipment

In return for your donation, you will receive the SLSF quarterly Newsletter which includes information about upcoming fundraising events and volunteer opportunities. Newsletters also include an update on the donor member program and a listing of those who have donated to the foundation.
